Job summary

Lerch Brothers, LLC is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee our luxury landscape construction operations. You will lead a team to deliver premium outdoor living spaces and custom pools, ensuring projects run efficiently and meet exacting standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, at least 5 years in landscape construction (2+ in production management), and fluency in English with Spanish as a valued asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of landscape construction experience as a Crew Leader or Foreman.
• At least 2 years in landscape production management.
• Strong knowledge of masonry, grading and plant install.
• Valid driver's license with ability to drive truck/trailer; DOT card; CDL a plus.
• English reading/writing required; conversant in Spanish preferred.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs; ability to work 10-hour shifts.
• Basic computer skills and field takeoff calculations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape construction activities, focusing on premium outdoor living spaces and pools.
• Build, lead, and motivate a skilled team of landscape professionals with ongoing training and support.
• Develop and implement construction schedules to guarantee timely completion of projects.
• Monitor quality of work, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
• Manage inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring materials are available on-site.
• Conduct regular job site inspections to assess progress, enforce safety standards, and address issues.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
