Job summary

A to Z Tree & Turf is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead field operations on luxury landscape projects across the Valley. You will run day-to-day field activities, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with plans, schedules, and budgets.

You will manage planning, sequencing, safety, and site presentation while communicating with builders, homeowners, and HOA representatives. This is a hands-on, field-focused leadership role in Arizona.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in landscape construction or hardscape installation, with 2+ years leading crews or running jobsites as foreman/superintendent/PM.
• Experience on $250K+ landscape renovation/installation projects and ability to anticipate issues.
• Able to read landscape plans, irrigation plans, grading plans, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day field leader on multiple active projects, report to Construction/Install Manager.
• Daily site walks to set the plan, ensure crews have what they need, and remove blockers.
• Build and manage production schedule for grading, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, planting, and finish work.
