Job summary

Mariani Premier Group is seeking a landscape construction foreman with 7+ years of experience to lead crews on premier outdoor living projects across our nationwide network. You will read plans, install drainage, irrigation, stone and paver hardscapes, and ensure work meets the highest standards while coordinating with the project manager.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, hold a valid driver’s license, and can train new crew members.

Qualifications

• 7+ years landscape construction experience.
• 3–5 years leading landscape crews.
• Experience with Dingo, skid steer, excavator, trencher, cut-off saws.
• Ability to read landscape plans.
• Plant identification.
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Demo existing landscape and site prep.
• Install drainage, irrigation, and hardscapes.
• Coordinate with project manager and supervise crew.
• Train new crew members.
• Inspect equipment and vehicles.
• Operate truck and trailer.
