The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day operations, manage field teams and administrative staff, ensure high-quality project delivery, and drive strategic growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of landscape construction, maintenance, and enhancement projects.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
• Recruit, train, and manage field and office staff.
• Lead performance reviews, coaching, and team development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
• Client Relations:
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales/design teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor job costing, budgeting, and profitability across projects.
  • Approve invoices, payroll, and purchasing.
  • Work with leadership on forecasting and growth strategies.
• Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Conduct job site inspections to monitor quality and progress.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
