Job summary

Meier Brothers Landscape is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from handoff to completion, including pools, hardscapes, irrigation, and related improvements.

This hands-on role collaborates with Foremen, crews, clients, subcontractors, and leadership to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and compliant with codes; strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape construction project management experience.
• Experience with purchasing, scheduling, contracts, and customer relations.
• Knowledge of irrigation, hardscape, erosion control, and CA plant material.
• Ability to read construction plans and manage budgets.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape construction projects from startup through completion.
• Coordinate with Foremen on daily needs and site coordination.
• Monitor budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
• Visit jobsites to address issues and support crews.
• Communicate with clients and municipalities during walkthroughs.
• Assist with training and mentoring Foremen and Estimators.
