Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to tasks.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring tools and equipment are clean and available.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment per health regulations.
• Regularly clean kitchen floors, walls, surfaces, and storage areas to maintain hygiene.
• Replenish kitchen supplies such as plates, cutlery, and glassware promptly.
• Follow proper waste disposal and recycling procedures.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations for luxury resort standards.
• Follow fire and safety protocols, including handling of waste and spills.
• Set up and break down kitchen workstations before and after service.
• Perform other related duties to support team and business success.
