Job summary

The Little Nell is Aspen's premier ski-in/ski-out hotel offering luxury services and renowned dining. The Steward will clean and store all flatware and kitchen items, assist in food preparation, and report to the Executive Steward.

This seasonal full-time role supports daily kitchen operations in a high-end resort setting. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior kitchen or dishwashing experience, and knowledge of basic safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety course certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stack all dishes properly and maintain a sanitary work area.
• Store dishes and silver in designated locations and assist with storage of deliveries.
• Set up cleaning area and ensure dish machine operations are functioning properly.
• Follow safety practices and post caution signs when floors are wet or being mopped.
• Assist with basic food prep as needed and support kitchen staff.
• Other duties as assigned by the Executive Steward.
