Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to showroom customers in-store and at customer locations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Sell and provide in-store and/or in-home design consultations for kitchen and bathrooms.
• Develop knowledge of product lines and pricing to guide customers.
• Enter sales orders, bids, and follow up on leads to close sales.
