Harry Winston, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Sales Executive to reach and surpass sales targets in our Dallas Salon, delivering the iconic Harry Winston experience to every client.

You will build relationships, engage high net-worth clients, and drive revenue through fine jewelry and watches while providing exceptional service that reflects the brand's prestige. This role requires luxury retail experience and flexibility in retail hours.

Qualifications

• Prior luxury jewelry/timepiece sales experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Flexible retail hours.
• Foreign languages a plus (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese).

Responsabilités

• Provide the Harry Winston experience to all clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop potential clients through walk-in traffic.
• Maintain and grow existing clients with milestones and client tastes and goals for future purchases.
• Target new/specific jewelry/watch product to existing clientele.
• Assist team in sales process where needed.
• Regularly utilize all forms of communication to generate sales.
