Harry Winston seeks a Sales Executive to drive revenue from Fine Jewelry and Watches while delivering the brand’s renowned service. You will build strong client relationships and generate legitimate leads to meet and exceed sales targets, reflecting the image of the world’s most prestigious Rare Jewelry House.

In Honolulu, develop the client base, entertain clients, and maintain records of milestones and preferences to tailor future purchases.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail jewelry and timepieces.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Flexible to retail working hours.
• Foreign languages a plus: Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Harry Winston experience to all clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop potential clients through walk-in traffic.
• Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client's tastes and goals for future purchases.
• Target new/specific jewelry/watch product to existing clientele.
• Assist team in sales process where needed.
• Regularly utilize all forms of communication to generate sales.
