LV Luxury Jewelers at Wynn Las Vegas seeks a polished Sales Associate to represent Kwiat, David Webb, and Fred Leighton in a high-profile luxury salon. You will engage discerning clients, tell stories of iconic pieces, and deliver an elevated, bespoke experience.

You will build long-term relationships with UHNW clients, stay current on collections, and collaborate with the team to ensure flawless service, flawless CRM records, and events that showcase extraordinary jewelry.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of luxury retail or fine jewelry sales experience.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-based selling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, polished appearance aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Comfortable handling high-value merchandise and confidential clients.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class, white-glove client experience from initial greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW and repeat clients.
• Present fine jewelry and high-value pieces with confidence, storytelling, and technical knowledge.
• Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales goals while maintaining brand integrity.
• Develop deep knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, signed jewelry, and estate pieces.
• Articulate heritage, craftsmanship, and design philosophies of Kwiat, David Webb, and Fred Leighton.
• Stay current on new collections, notable vintage pieces, and market trends.
• Capture and maintain detailed client profiles, preferences, and purchase history in CRM.
• Conduct proactive outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting.
• Support private showings, special events, and VIP appointments.
• Accurately process transactions, special orders, and service requests.
• Assist with inventory handling, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Adhere to Wynn, brand, and company compliance standards.
