The RealReal in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Coordinator for Fine Jewelry & Watches to ensure smooth inbound processing and authentication workflows. You will collaborate with watchmakers, jewelry specialists, and vendors to maintain quality and accuracy in listing items.

Candidates should have 2+ years of customer service or project experience, plus jewelry knowledge, and be adept at navigating warehouse systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service, event, account or project management experience.
• Watch and/or jewelry experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Graduate Gemology diploma preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Sort and scan inbound/outbound product into system and locations, maintaining FIFO.
• Monitor queues across locations and move product through the pipeline quickly.
• Be the point of contact for Repair program; shipping/receiving and invoice tracking.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries with urgency; track exceptions and buy-outs.
• Order supplies for multiple locations; adhere to SOPs and document processes.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
