This role focuses on authenticating luxury jewelry and watches, inspecting items, and determining pricing using market data and TRR methodologies.

Join a high-volume, fast-paced team in a climate-controlled warehouse, contributing to accurate pricing, efficient workflows, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of fine jewelry and/or watch experience.
• Experience with Diamonds required (selling, grading, pricing).
• Some GIA coursework preferred (Diamond and Diamond Grading).
• Experience with colored stones preferred.
• Appraisal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Authenticate luxury fine jewelry items in low or high risk categories.
• Execute all aspects of the authentication process using GIA techniques and testing for precious metal purity.
• Inspect consigned luxury products for condition and material quality.
• Use reference guides and historical data to support decisions.
• Research fair market value and market demand of branded and unbranded items.
• Set list prices for branded and unbranded jewelry with final approval.
