Job summary

CD Peacock in Oak Brook, IL seeks an experienced Assistant Store Director to lead the Oak Brook Mansion, delivering exceptional business, client, and team results.

As a visible leader on the sales floor, you coach associates, resolve client and operational issues, and ensure the Mansion is prepared to meet business needs. This role sits on the Oak Brook Mansion Leadership Team and participates in MOD responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in luxury retail, hospitality, or similar client-focused environments.
• Strong coaching, performance management, and talent development skills.
• Exceptional client service and relationship-building abilities.
• Business acumen with ability to interpret performance data.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty and lead Oak Brook Mansion operations.
• Open/close the Mansion, maintain security and cash controls.
• Coach sales professionals and develop staff; ensure luxury service standards.
• Partner with leaders to hit sales goals and drive client development.
• Support events, VIPs, and personalized client experiences.
