Job summary

CD Peacock, the Premier Jeweler of Chicago, seeks Sales Professionals at Oakbrook Center to deliver an elevated client experience and build lasting client relationships. You will drive sales through expert product knowledge, clienteling, and diligent follow-up.

Role requires onsite work 35-40 hours weekly, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 15 lbs. Proficiency with POS, CRM, IMS and MS Office is essential. Benefits and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in luxury retail/jewelry or watches.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and build client relationships.
• Strong product knowledge and clienteling skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador of CD Peacock Mansion with client-centric focus.
• Maintain deep knowledge of CD Peacock heritage and products.
• Acquire new customers and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Drive sales through outreach, follow-up, and cross-selling.
• Achieve KPIs for service, clienteling, and retention.
• Coordinate with buying team for special orders and client requests.
• Provide post-purchase aftercare and handle warranties and repairs.
