Job summary

Jared is seeking a highly motivated Assistant General Manager to cover General Manager duties when needed and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, uphold standards, and coach staff to achieve store goals.

The role requires leadership, strong communication and a solid understanding of policies, procedures and risk controls within a jewelry retail environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of required internal quizzes and minimum training modules.
• No recent Code of Conduct counseling.
• Performance appraisal expectations met or exceeded.
• Ability to recruit, screen and supervise personnel.
• Understanding store policies, procedures and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Automatically assume General Manager duties in their absence.
