Brilliant Earth is seeking a Sales Associate, Jewelry (Jewelry Consultant) for our Fairfax showroom. You will guide customers through in-person and virtual appointments, calls, or live-chat, helping them find their perfect jewelry match while delivering a luxury, personalized experience.

This full-time role includes weekend shifts, uses ERP for task management, and offers a comprehensive benefits package, ongoing training, career growth, and a mission-driven team committed to sustainable jewelry.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-ins.
• Manage high volume of sales inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Greet and assist customers to facilitate seamless purchases.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups for pickups, exchanges, and sizing questions.
• Schedule showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
• Review feedback to improve sales and customer experience.
• Enforce showroom policies to ensure safety and security.
• Open/close the showroom and waiting area.
• Use ERP system to manage tasks and coordinate with teams.
• Advocate Brilliant Earth’s mission of sustainable, transparent jewelry.
