Brilliant Earth in San Francisco is seeking a part-time Jewelry Sales Associate to guide customers through the life of the sale in our showroom.

You will use in-person, live chat, email, and phone interactions to deliver a memorable luxury experience and aim to exceed sales targets while supporting our sustainability mission.

Weekend availability and a customer-first mindset are essential in our fast-paced, boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability that includes weekend days.
• In-person showroom role at San Francisco, CA.
• Ability to guide customers through the life of the sale and create personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-ins.
• Manage high volume sales leads via email, live chat, and phones to hit revenue targets.
• Proactively greet, check-in and assist customers in the purchasing process.
• Conduct post-sale appointments for pickups, exchanges, resizing and inquiries.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
• Review customer feedback to improve experience and sales performance.
• Enforce policies in the waiting area to ensure safety and product security.
• Open/close showroom and waiting area; use ERP to manage tasks and communicate.
• Act as a brand advocate for a sustainable, transparent jewelry industry.
