You will manage showroom activities, follow up with customers post-sale, and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑minded team committed to excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time schedule that includes weekend days.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-in consultations, creating memorable experiences.
• Manage a high volume of leads via email, live chat, and phones to attain revenue targets.
• Greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process for a personalized experience.
• Conduct post-sale appointments for pickups, exchanges, resizing, and inquiries.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
• Review customer feedback to improve the customer experience and sales performance.
• Enforce policies in the waiting room to ensure safety and product security.
• Open and close the showroom and waiting area.
• Use ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
• Act as a brand advocate supporting sustainable, transparent jewelry industry mission.
