Job summary

The Loupe, Minneapolis (part of Pohlad-Companies), seeks a personable Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences on site. You will welcome customers, showcase luxury jewelry, and drive sales through hospitality, product knowledge, and team selling.

Responsibilities include maintaining displays, supporting events, managing client data, and coordinating with MP3 teams to meet store goals. Night and weekend availability preferred; prior luxury retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail experience or education preferred.
• Strong product knowledge in jewelry and fashion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client experience on-site and drive sales.
• Maintain and display inventory and assist with events and activations.
• Engage in team selling and build a client database.
• Support in merchandising decisions and security of merchandise.
• Communicate with MP3 team and store leadership to meet goals.
