Hamilton is seeking a Sales Professional to provide an exceptional client experience in our luxury jewelry environment. You will leverage product knowledge, client service skills, and effective communication to identify needs and guide customers to the right merchandise.

You’ll maintain merchandise knowledge, handle payments, and ensure security and policy compliance while building lasting relationships. Weekend availability is often required to meet peak demand.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in high-end jewelry or luxury environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build relationships beyond a single transaction.
• Willingness to work weekends, some holidays and peak sales periods.

• Assist in locating merchandise based on clients’ needs and desires.
• Maintain familiarity with product lines and current promotions.

• Provide excellent client service to build long-term relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to store targets.
• Keep showcases visually appealing and secure; assist with inventory checks.
