Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Jewelry Sales Manager in Short Hills, NJ to own the store’s sales experience and lead a high-performing team. You will develop client relationships, oversee onboarding and training, and drive growth through clienteling strategies and technology-enabled service.

You will coach staff on client experiences, use data to identify opportunities, and ensure a welcoming, premium shopping environment on the selling floor.
