Braswell & Son Pawnbrokers seeks enthusiastic sales professionals to welcome every client, listen to their needs, and help them find the right luxury item. You will explain pawn loans clearly and provide friendly, judgment-free service.

You will sell fine jewelry, watches, and designer handbags, write pawn loans with care, and build lasting client relationships through training and a customer-first approach. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Sales or client service experience. Luxury retail, jewelry, banking, hospitality, and high-end resale backgrounds all fit well.
• A steady work history, ideally two or more years in a recent role. If you have a gap for caregiving, school, or military service, tell us. It counts.
• A love of learning. You want to build your skills and your career.
• Warmth and honesty. Clients trust you with things that matter to them.
• A polished, professional presence.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
