Braswell & Son Pawnbrokers, a family-owned luxury pawnbroker in Arkansas, seeks a customer-focused sales professional. You will welcome clients, understand their needs, and guide them to the right pieces, including fine jewelry, watches, and designer handbags.

The role offers base pay of $16–$20 per hour plus commission and performance pay. Training in jewelry and pawn processes is provided; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, banking, hospitality, and high-end resale backgrounds fits well.
• Two or more years in a recent role is ideal; gaps for caregiving, school, or military service count.
• Love of learning and career growth.
• Warmth, honesty, and polished presence expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with full attention.
• Learn each client’s needs and help them find the right piece.
• Sell fine jewelry, watches, and designer handbags with confidence.
• Write pawn loans with clear terms and no judgment.
• Test and inspect items using approved methods; training provided.
• Keep transactions accurate and client information private.
• Build relationships so clients return and request you by name.
