Job summary

Ben Bridge Jeweler is seeking a part-time luxury jewelry sales professional for our University Village store in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on creating memorable customer experiences and leveraging jewelry expertise to drive sales.

The candidate will develop authentic relationships, maintain product knowledge, and manage customer information with company systems, while inspecting jewelry for care and repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education.
• Be flexible with work schedule, including holidays.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations and creating a memorable experience
• Cultivate in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise
• Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company supported technology
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces
