Job summary

Kinn is seeking a full-time Keyholder & Client Advisor for our flagship store in Culver City, CA. You will guide guests through product knowledge, support retail sales, and ensure a memorable shopping experience.

As a fashion luxury brand, you’ll build client books, engage with clients, and help maintain store standards while collaborating with management on sales goals and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication abilities.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers and build lasting relationships.
• Share product knowledge to communicate vision and quality.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with floor sets and replenishment.
• Navigate client book building and proactive outreach to generate appointments.
• Support management on sales strategies and daily operations.
