Qualifications

• Experience in clienteling and delivering high-end service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Lead relationship-based, consultative selling and exceptional client engagement.
• Monitor performance and translate insights into action.
• Support client acquisition, retention, and boutique growth.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members.
• Maintain boutique operations, including inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
