Talantir seeks a strategic General Manager for the Newbury St boutique powered by the Leap Platform. You will own the store’s performance, develop exceptional teams, and deliver memorable customer experiences.

You will lead sales, drive profitability, build community partnerships, and support store openings while maintaining brand standards and a service-first culture. This role requires entrepreneurial leadership and strong analytics in a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive retail leadership with full accountability.
• Experience leading boutique, premium, or customer-focused retailers.
• Strong business acumen to analyze performance metrics and drive growth.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own boutique performance, driving sales, profitability, and long-term growth.
• Translate objectives into actionable strategies and analyze trends.

• Recruit, coach, and develop leadership bench.
• Build brand presence through community partnerships and activations.
• Support new store openings and cross-store initiatives.
