Leap is hiring a Sales Advisor to represent Grown Brilliance in a boutique environment. You will engage customers with authentic service, share brand stories, and offer personalized recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.

The role supports daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory tasks, and opening/closing duties as needed. Commission is performance-based, with room to earn up to 4% based on store results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in luxury, premium, specialty retail, hospitality, or a relationship-driven service environment.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to educate clients and build connections.
• Professional and engaging presence with empathy and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through genuine engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Support store sales goals with proactive customer engagement and effective selling.
• Build product knowledge to educate customers and strengthen brand storytelling.
• Maintain a polished sales floor and assist with daily store operations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and adapt to peak periods.
