Job summary

The Islands of Islamorada is a secluded luxury boutique resort in the Upper Florida Keys, offering 22 four-bedroom villas and eight one-bedroom suites. We seek a discreet, guest-focused butler to elevate service and anticipate guest needs throughout their stay.

Collaborating with housekeeping, concierge, F&B, and marina teams, you will curate exclusive villa arrivals, assist with packing, wardrobe, light cooking, and personal service for discerning guests while upholding privacy and flawless

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in private estate role, hotel/resort housekeeping, guest services, front office and/or hospitality operations.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal abilities; ability to interact confidently with owners and VIP guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold anticipatory, personalized service reflecting the resort’s luxury experience.
• Address guest needs with professionalism and urgency; note preferences for ongoing service.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and Marina to deliver cohesive guest journeys across amenities.
• Curate exclusive villa arrival experiences with personal shopping, light housekeeping, wardrobe maintenance, packing/unpacking, and serving meals during guests’ stays.
