Job summary

Just Fabulous Galleries Inc in Palm Springs is seeking a Backroom/Inventory Lead Associate to oversee inventory flow, online fulfillment, vendor coordination and back room operations. You will partner with store leadership to keep the operation accurate, organized and efficient.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail or inventory management, 3 years supervising a team, and proficiency with POS systems. This role requires flexibility for weekends, evenings and holidays in a fast-paced store

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in retail/inventory management.
• 3 years team supervisor experience.
• Proficient with POS systems and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory flow and back room operations.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Fully receive and reconcile incoming inventory and update POS/website.
• Lead weekly workload planning and provide feedback to team.
• Prepare and stage product for merchandising and bi-annual inventory counts.
