Job summary

Just Fabulous Galleries Inc is seeking a highly organized Backroom/Inventory Lead to manage inventory flow, online fulfillment, and back room operations at our Palm Springs store. You will partner with leadership to streamline processes and ensure accuracy in receiving, staging, and merchandising.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in retail or customer service, 1 year of team leadership, and strong proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience.
1 year team leadership experience.
Proficient in POS systems and computer operations.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary BOH lead and operational point of contact when supervisor is out.
Partner with direct supervisor to plan weekly priorities and workload distribution.
Monitor team productivity and provide constructive feedback as needed.
Communicate directly with customers regarding online order issues or inquiries.
Coordinate with vendor representatives to ensure timely deliveries and resolve damages or discrepancies.
Fully receive and reconcile incoming inventory.
Build and maintain products in POS system and website.
Prepare and stage product for merchandising.
Conduct and assist with bi-annual full inventory counts.
