Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree required; GPA of 2.80 if less than 5 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with trade account customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist in onboarding new accounts and train existing small accounts.
