Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah seeks an experienced In-Room Dining Supervisor - Culinary to oversee all in-room dining orders and ensure meals meet luxury standards. You will lead a kitchen team, coordinate production with guest orders, and maintain safety and presentation quality under the direction of the Executive Chef.

The role emphasizes seasonal menu input, cost-aware staffing, and delivering a private dining experience that enhances guests’ stay at the resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience, with至少1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and high-end presentation.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple orders while maintaining quality.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation and execution for all in-room dining meals, ensuring quality, accuracy, and presentation align with resort standards.
• Supervise and train in-room dining culinary staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Coordinate meal production based on guest orders, prioritizing timeliness and excellence in presentation.
• Work closely with the In-Room Dining Manager to align culinary operations with guest service expectations.
• Monitor kitchen workflow, staff assignments, and production efficiency.
