Black Desert Resort in Utah invites applications for an In-Room Dining Supervisor - Culinary. You will oversee all in-room dining orders, ensure high-quality food production, and lead a team dedicated to providing an exceptional private dining experience for guests.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will manage meal production, train staff, monitor safety standards, and collaborate on menu development to deliver a refined luxury dining experience in a picturesque resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations and high-end presentation
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays based on guest needs

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation and execution for all in-room dining meals, ensuring quality and presentation meet resort standards
• Supervise and train in-room dining culinary staff, ensuring efficient service and proper food safety
• Coordinate meal production based on guest orders, prioritizing timeliness and excellence in presentation
• Monitor kitchen workflow, staff assignments and production efficiency
• Maintain inventory and coordinate food orders to stock the in-room dining operation
• Assist in scheduling and labor cost management and staff performance evaluations
• Handle special requests and VIP orders to ensure personalized service
