Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an In-Room Dining Server (Temporary) with 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience to deliver exceptional service in guest rooms or suites. This full-time temporary role covers September 2026 to December 1, 2026.

Responsibilities include serving menu items to rooms, providing attentive knowledge of offerings, and maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction during a three-month contract with

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as In-Room Dining Server or similar role.
• Willingness to provide service to residents, guests and peers.
• Good organizational skills with ability to work independently.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays; fluent in English; legal US work authorization.

The Opportunity :

In-Room Dining Server (Temporary)

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide guests with a wonderful In-Room Dining experience in the comfort and convenience of a guest room or suite who has 1-2 years of Food & Beverage or Room Service experience . The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our ever-discriminating guests.

This is a temporary full-time position intended to cover a three-month period with potential extension or permanent placement based on business need. The estimated timeframe of this contract is September 2026 to December 1, 2026.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items and information regarding preparation methods
• Assist and serve food, drinks, and amenities to guest rooms and suites
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• 1-2 years experience as In-Room Dining Server or similar role
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
