Four Seasons in Colorado is hiring an In Room Dining Server to deliver food and amenities to guest rooms with care and professionalism. You will check orders, ensure quality, and provide exceptional service in a luxury hotel environment.

The role requires strong communication, good computer skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting. Fluency in English and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of food service or related work, prior experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of computers.
• Accurate and efficient communication required for guest facing role.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and possess the ability to work autonomously.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of food orders in a timely manner while exuding a friendly and welcoming attitude in all guest interactions.
• Ensure proper food quality and set-up for service while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Assist in setting up carts and guest amenities while communicating to staff, guests and kitchen as needed.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate any requests through the proper channels.
