Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Must multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare station for service and stock needed supplies.
• Take guest orders and deliver meals to guestrooms or dining areas.
• Set trays and tables according to standards.
• Ensure timely delivery and communicate with kitchen and supervisor.
• Check VIP lists and relay special requests to kitchen.
• Answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with management guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in service areas.
• Provide up-sell opportunities with menu knowledge.
