JW Marriott Turnberry Miami Resort & Spa in Aventura, FL is seeking a Housekeeping Training Supervisor to oversee training and performance of new hires. The role inspects guest rooms and public areas to ensure top-tier quality while maintaining guest privacy and safety.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, strong leadership, and multilingual communication skills (English, Spanish, French/Creole preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ Housekeeping Supervisor experience in a hotel or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French/Creole preferred).
• Proficient in cleaning standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Associates on expected standards of service and conduct.
• Inspect guest rooms, hallways and public areas for quality.
• Coordinate between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office; liaise to coordinate efforts.
• Manage room status updates and communicate changes.
• Handle guest complaints and coordinate with proper areas.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
