Job summary

JW Marriott Turnberry Miami Resort and Spa seeks a Housekeeping Training Supervisor to lead training for new hires, inspect rooms and public areas, and uphold luxury service standards. You will coach staff, maintain safety and confidentiality, and collaborate with Engineering and Front Office to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience, strong multilingual communication, and keen attention to detail in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ Housekeeping Supervisor experience in a hotel or equivalent.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with speed and accuracy.
• Communicate in multiple languages, preferably English, Spanish and French/Creole.
• Must maintain high standards of presentation, safety and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a professional, service-oriented manner.
• Train and coach associates on expected standards of service and conduct.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office for optimal room status.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas; report deficiencies and ensure timely remediation.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and ensure compliance with policies.
