Rosewood Washington, D.C. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our luxury hotel housekeeping team in Georgetown. The role focuses on maintaining Rosewood standards, supervising room attendants, and ensuring guest satisfaction with meticulous attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to hospitality excellence in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in luxury hotel.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to manage by example and supervise staff.
• English proficiency required; other languages preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standards.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are superior on a daily basis.
• Assign rooms and cleaning projects to the team.
• Assist room attendants and inspect guest rooms.
• Support VIP arrivals and requests as assigned.
• Train staff on cleanliness standards.
• Manage linen, supplies, and equipment inventory.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
