The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Venice, Italy, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for a permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week). The ideal candidate will lead the housekeeping team, ensure luxury standards, and coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless service.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Experience supervising housekeeping teams.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and update departing rooms.
• Assist housekeeping management in daily activities.
• Coordinate housekeeping with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Communicate changes in assignments to staff and shift handovers.
• Train, schedule, evaluate, and coach team members.
