You will drive flawless presentation, anticipate guest needs, and maintain high cleanliness with strong leadership and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• One to two years of post-high school education.
• Experience in a related housekeeping role is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct, interview, hire, and schedule housekeeping staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and coordinate room assignments.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in staff development and performance management.
• Monitor staff productivity and ensure cleanliness standards across rooms and public areas.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, health, and safety regulations.
• Respond to guest needs and maintain high guest satisfaction.
