Palisociety is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for Palihotel Hollywood to oversee daily housekeeping operations and lead a team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and staff development.

You will supervise housekeeping tasks, conduct inspections, coach staff, and coordinate with front desk to ensure timely check-ins, while upholding brand standards across rooms and public spaces.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of and passion for hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a cohesive, service-focused team.
• Hands-on, critical, and objective approach to problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations, stepping in hands-on during high occupancy.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, common areas, and offices.
• Conduct inspections of rooms and public spaces, identifying repair or replacement needs and reporting to management.
• Train, coach, and — when needed — discipline team members, driving continual departmental improvement.
• Communicate room readiness to the front desk to ensure timely guest check-in.
• Interact with guests directly to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Manage wages, controllable expenses, and departmental financial performance.
• Lead by example, fostering an open, respectful team culture and championing the brand.
