Palisociety is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for Le Petit Pali St Helena to maintain guest rooms and public spaces to brand standards. You will oversee daily assignments, inspections, and the housekeeping team, while staying hands-on with room cleaning and turns as needed.

Lead by example on the floor and in front office, set the standard for cleanliness, train and coach staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and protect guest satisfaction through proactive maintenance and seamless turnover

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Hands-on problem solving with a proactive mindset.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and brand cleaning standards.
• Preferred 2+ years in a hotel housekeeping leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations and assist during high occupancy.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance needs are addressed.
• Train and coach team members, enforce performance standards, and control expenses.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and communicate room readiness to front desk.
• Interact with guests to resolve concerns and maintain service levels.
• Manage wages, controllable expenses, and departmental performance against budget.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, brand-aligned team culture.
