Responsibilities

• Deliver linens, towels, and amenities to guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of closets and service corridors.
• Respond to guest requests and operational needs promptly.
• Transport soiled linens, trash, and recyclables from rooms.
• Support deep cleaning and housekeeping assignments as needed.
• Ensure public areas and employee spaces remain clean and welcoming.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance issues to the appropriate dept.
• Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
