Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero seeks an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our luxury hotel team. The role leads a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants, coaching and scheduling daily workloads while maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and speaking English required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience; luxury hotel preferred.
• Ability to cope with stress in a high-volume operation.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask; flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for cleaning and upkeep of a specific area; interviews, trains, schedules staff; conducts performance evaluations.
• Schedules daily work; monitors progress; inspects rooms; coaches staff to correct deficiencies; coordinates work orders; releases checkout rooms.
• Monitors supplies and cleanliness on guest floors; ensures standards are met; conducts tours and reviews schedules.
• Resolves guest complaints with hospitality and professionalism; handles inquiries about hotel services and hours of operation.
• Takes action on safety, security, satisfaction and well-being of guests and employees; responds to emergencies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
