Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations at our Midway, Utah resort. You will supervise staff, ensure cleanliness, and uphold guest-centric service across rooms and public areas.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction in a four-season hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment.
