Carneros Resort & Spa in Napa is seeking a dedicated Houseman to join our luxury housekeeping team. You will assist with delivering amenities, maintaining public areas, and supporting room attendants to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with non-exempt compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to walk long distances, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the housekeeping team by delivering amenities, linens, and supplies.
