Job summary

At Montage International, we are seeking a passionate Server to enhance guest experiences. You'll be responsible for ensuring timely food and beverage service, assisting guests with menu selections, and maintaining cleaning standards.

Qualifications

• One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in luxury hotels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served professionally and timely.
• Assist guests with menu selections and dietary restrictions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Anticipate guest needs throughout the meal service.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote menu items and specials using suggestive selling techniques.
• Adhere to all cleaning and safety standards.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Deliver on guest expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
